Find out how she achieved a mindset that allows her to be happy.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53bb\u5e74\u79cb\u5929\uff0c\u7576\u6211\u958b\u8eca\u524d\u5f80\u7336\u4ed6\u5dde\u70ba\u4e8c\uff10\u4e8c\u4e09\u5e74\u4e16\u754c\u9577\u9752\u904b\u52d5\u6703\u9730\u5f48\u69cd\u5c04\u64ca\u9805\u76ee\u63a5\u53d7\u5c04\u9776\u8a13\u7df4\u6642\uff0c\u9014\u4e2d\u611f\u6168\u826f\u591a\uff0c\u5145\u6eff\n\u611f\u6fc0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I am blessed with transportation and the equipment to pursue this sport I took up about two years ago after I retired from Bianchi Cup. I had ammunition in my car, plus ear and eye protection. I enjoy my husband\u2019s blessing to disappear to the practice range for days at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"640\" src=\"https:\/\/verakoo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Bianchi-Cup-Barricade-event-2015.jpg\" alt=\"\u4e8c\uff10\u4e00\u4e94\u5e74\u6bd4\u5b89\u5947\u76c3\u6bd4\u8cfd\" class=\"wp-image-4330\" srcset=\"https:\/\/verakoo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Bianchi-Cup-Barricade-event-2015.jpg 960w, https:\/\/verakoo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Bianchi-Cup-Barricade-event-2015-480x320.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 960px, 100vw\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>\u4e8c\uff10\u4e00\u4e94\u5e74\u6bd4\u5b89\u5947\u76c3\u6bd4\u8cfd<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9019\u662f\u591a\u597d\u3001\u591a\u7f55\u898b\u7684\u4e8b\uff01\u800c\u6211\u4e26\u4e0d\u8a8d\u70ba\u9019\u4e00\u5207\u90fd\u662f\u5929\u7d93\u5730\u7fa9\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u662f\u83ef\u88d4\u7f8e\u570b\u5973\u6027\uff0c\u4eca\u5e74\u4e03\u5341\u4e03\u6b72\uff1b\u8eab\u70ba\u79fb\u6c11\uff0c\u6210\u9577\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6211\u5176\u5be6\u6c92\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u63a5\u89f8\u69cd\u652f\u6216\u5f9e\u4e8b\u5c04\u64ca\u904b\u52d5\u3002\u7d50\u5a5a\u751f\u5b50\u5f8c\u6211\n\u76f8\u592b\u6559\u5b50\u3001\u7167\u9867\u516c\u5a46\uff0c\u9084\u8981\u5e6b\u5fd9\u7d93\u71df\u5bb6\u65cf\u4e8b\u696d\uff1b\u7136\u5f8c\u5728\u6211\u6b65\u5165\u4e2d\u5e74\u6642\uff0c\u5728\u5916\u5b50\u9867\u5bb6\u4e00\u652f\u6301\u4e0b\uff0c\u6211\u8d70\u51fa\u4e00\u689d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8def\uff0c\n\u6253\u9020\u51fa\u4e00\u4e9b\u5c6c\u65bc\u6211\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6771\u897f\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are my golden years, and I want to enjoy them while I remain healthy. As Carlos says, we have lived full, rewarding lives and anything beyond this is a bonus at our age. I want to cash in on that bonus. I plan to spend this phase of life pursuing new challenges and goals while cherishing opportunities to travel or gather with family. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u9019\u4e00\u4ee3\u6709\u591a\u5c11\u5973\u6027\u80fd\u505a\u5230\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u4e8b\uff1f\u5c24\u5176\u662f\uff0c\u6709\u591a\u5c11\u50cf\u6211\u9019\u6a23\u51fa\u8eab\u65bc\u63d0\u5021\u606a\u5b88\u6027\u5225\u89d2\u8272\u7684\u6771\u65b9\u6587\u5316\u7684\u5973\u6027\uff0c\u9084\u80fd\u4ee5\n\u4ee5\u8001\u4eba\u4e4b\u59ff\u5c04\u64ca\u9730\u5f48\u69cd\uff1f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u5f88\u5e78\u904b\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u9760\u904b\u6c23\u6216\u5076\u7136\u80fd\u6709\u4eca\u5929\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u4eba\u751f\u662f\u6211\u5011\u9078\u64c7\u8207\u5982\u4f55\u61c9\u5c0d\u9006\u5883\u7684\u526f\u7522\u54c1\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u51fa\u751f\u5728\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6a23\u7684\u6587\u5316\u6216\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7121\u6cd5\u9078\u64c7\uff1b\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5883\u9047\u4e26\u4e0d\u7e3d\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u81ea\u5df1\uff1b\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u9047\u5230\u6211\u5011\u611f\u89ba\u81ea\u5df1\u4e0d\u7576\u5f97\n\u7684\u56f0\u96e3\uff0c\u800c\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\u6642\u6211\u5011\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u6211\u5011\u7684\u4eba\u751f\u65b9\u5411\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"854\" src=\"https:\/\/verakoo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Philippsburg-Germany.jpg\" alt=\"\u4e8c\uff10\u4e00\uff10\u5e74\u7f8e\u570b\u884c\u52d5\u624b\u69cd\u4e16\u754c\u9326\u6a19\u8cfd\u4ee3\u8868\u968a\" class=\"wp-image-4329\" srcset=\"https:\/\/verakoo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Philippsburg-Germany.jpg 960w, https:\/\/verakoo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Philippsburg-Germany-480x427.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"(min-width: 0px) and (max-width: 480px) 480px, (min-width: 481px) 960px, 100vw\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>\u4e8c\uff10\u4e00\uff10\u5e74\u7f8e\u570b\u884c\u52d5\u624b\u69cd\u4e16\u754c\u9326\u6a19\u8cfd\u4ee3\u8868\u968a<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u6709\u6642\u90fd\u6703\u53d7\u82e6\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u5011\u4e0d\u5fc5\u6c38\u9060\u80cc\u8ca0\u50b7\u75a4\uff1b\u6211\u5011\u56fa\u7136\u53ef\u4ee5\u9078\u64c7\u8b93\u81ea\u5df1\u6210\u70ba\u9006\u5883\u7684\u53d7\u5bb3\u8005\uff0c\u66f4\u53ef\u4ee5\u9078\u64c7\u638c\u63a7\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\n\u672a\u4f86\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thirty years ago, my life hit a crossroads after I experienced a deep personal trauma that shook me to my core, rattled my worldview and threatened to alter my life\u2019s direction. In the weeks and months that followed, I felt like a zombie, just going through the motions, just trying to get by.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fortunately, <a href=\"https:\/\/verakoo.com\/zh_tw\/category\/faith\/\">I found God during this dark time<\/a>. I developed my relationship with Jesus Christ after a friend introduced me to Christianity by giving me \u201cGuideposts\u201d to read while I navigated my heartache.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I poured myself into my shooting competitions. I sought help from a therapist.
